1 — Free consultation
A 30-minute conversation about what is actually going wrong. If we are not the right people to fix it, we tell you on that call. No cost, no obligation.
2 — Diagnostic, fixed scope
We quote the AI Opportunity Audit in writing before starting: agreed scope, agreed duration, agreed fee. You receive a findings report and a prioritised roadmap you keep regardless of what happens next.
3 — Implementation, quoted per problem
Each item on the roadmap is quoted separately, so you can fix the expensive problem first and leave the rest. Nothing is built until you approve the scope and the price.
4 — Optional optimisation
Ongoing tuning, monitoring and new workflows as your business changes. Scoped and priced separately, cancellable, never bundled in by default.
No hourly surprises
Fixed fees against an agreed scope. If the scope changes, we requote before doing the work — never after.
The roadmap is yours
The diagnostic findings and roadmap belong to you. Take them in-house or to another firm if you prefer.
